Hallo elouistano4857 entschuldige die späte Rückmeldung und vielen Dank für das Interesse an unserem Produkt :) Häufig werden die Auflösungen der Intraoralkameras nicht angegeben, weil 3D Daten durch eine Technologie errechnet werden und die Technologie entscheidet dann die Genauigkeit. Was wir aber als relevantes Feedback zu deiner Frage sagen können ist: Wir nehmen bis zu 60 3D FPS (Bilder pro Sekunde) auf und haben eine Genauigkeit mit dem Scanner von: - Einzelkrone: 10.0μm ± 0.84 - Quadrant: 17.8 μm ± 0.80 - Vollkiefer: 27.3 μm ± 6.28 Beim Spektrum arbeiten wir mit RGB Farben im Rahmen von 400 - 700 nm Wellenlänge und das blau liegt bei 450nm Hoffe wir konnten dir damit weiterhelfen :)

Mit dem Anlegen des Gesichtsbogens wird die Lage des Oberkiefers in Relation zu den Kiefergelenken und der Schädelbasis ermittelt. Mit den ermittelten Werten kann das Oberkiefermodell Lagerichtig zu den Kondylen, in einen Artikulator eingesetzt werden. Dadurch minimieren wir Anpassungsprozesse der fertigen Arbeit im Patientenmund. Ansatzstellen des Gesichtsbogens sind die Gehöreingänge, die ein arbiträres Ausrichten des Gesichtsbogens zulassen. Dies ist auch möglich bei asymmetrisch angelegten Gehöreingängen (was fast immer der Fall ist). Im frontalen Bereich findet die Abstützung auf der Glabella statt unabhängig der Lage der Bipupillarlinie. Die sagittale Ausrichtung richtet sich je nach Methode an der Frankfurter Horizontalen, oder wie bei uns im Artex System , an der Patientenhorizontalen aus. Beim Anlegen des Gesichtsbogens spielt die Position der Bipupillarlinie keine Rolle. Diese wird erst später benötigt um den richtigen Verlauf , bzw. transversale Ausrichtung der Schneidekanten der Oberkieferfrontzähne aus ästhetischer Sicht festzulegen. Das ist bei uns auch möglich. In unserem Ceramill System benutzen wir hierfür Patientenbilder, die in die CAD Software integriert werden, oder den digitalen Gesichtsbogen Zebris.

The essence of the jaw movement registration is to register the natural movement of the jaw, so the needed dental prosthesis can be adjusted to the individual needs of the patient. It provides the dentist with an automated patient documentation and helps the dental technician to ensure the perfect fit of the restoration.

@@AmannGirrbachHQ yes,that's waht I thought,but if you move patient's jaw in different directions iy is not as patient do it by himself,you manipulate patient's jaw,and this artificial move might not be the same when patient performs it his own way...that's weird you think that by moving patient's jaw with you hands you register patient's natural movements .

@@dorisbest7580 Yes you are right , the movements of the jaw should be the natural movements of the patient. Usually, the dentist practices the movements before the digital recording with the patient, to show how the movements should be performed. During the digital recordings itself the patient should move the jaw naturally. For the recording, the dentist supported the “patient” for demonstration purposes for the video.

Then the magnetic pot, in which the magnet was located, is turned out with the provided key. Then the now visible screw is loosened with the Allen key and the lower glued splitex plate with holder can be removed from the articulator. The splitex plate and the glued splitex plate holder are then placed in hot water for 10 minutes, which allows the two parts to be separated and then glued together again. The magnet and magnet lifter as well as the pot extractor are part of the splitex plate set.

Hallo nochmal Herr Kutschmann, hier die Antwort und der Tipp unseres Produktspezialisten: "Ja, das würde zu Ungenauigkeiten führen. Am Übertragungsstand darf man nichts verändern. Wenn man das Modell nicht in den Artikulator bekommt, sperrt man den Stützstift um 10 mm und artikuliert dann den Oberkiefer ein. Danach senkt man den Stützstift wieder um 10 mm und artikuliert den Unterkiefer ein. Dann stellt man die mittelwertige Kondylenbahnneigung von 35 Grad auf 45 Grad."
